EFE-20
Our soldering fume extractor EFE-20 creates a powerful 260 m³/h (153 CFM) inlet air flow to exhaust and purify air with its miniature body.
This unit is perfectly suitable for small soldering station or home DIY application. The compact size can be placed under working surface without hindering workflow. Also, the flexible suction arm can be disassembled or shortened at any time.
EFE-20 adopts internal three layers filtering with active carbon filter to ensure the filter more targeted, get rid of smell stronger and extend service time of filter materials.
Filtration Stages
1st Stage Filtration
Cotton Filter
The first stage filter is cotton filter, used for trapping large dust particles, smoke residues, and visible contaminants.
It helps extend the lifespan of the subsequent filters by preventing premature clogging and maintaining stable airflow.
2nd Stage Filtration
Panel Filter
The second stage filter is panel filter, it further refines the air by capturing medium-sized particulates that pass through the pre-filter.
Built with high-density synthetic fibers, it ensures effective particle separation while maintaining low resistance and long service life.
3rd Stage Filtration
HEPA Filter
The third stage filter is HEPA, this is the core of the system, capable of capturing 95% of particles as small as 0.5 microns, including soldering fumes, smoke, and airborne contaminants.
This layer guarantees purified air quality that meets high safety and environmental standards.
4th Stage Filtration
Activated Carbon Filter
The fourth stage filter is activated carbon filter, it absorbs harmful gases, odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced during soldering.
Its large surface area and high adsorption capacity effectively neutralize chemical fumes, providing clean and odor-free exhaust air.
